Build your business

A lot of people in Network Marketing drift through the days, letting the business happen to them. They answer calls and emails, go to events and watch activity in their back office. Some months stuff happens, most times it doesn’t. They are tourists. You don’t want to be a tourist. Success in our business doesn’t “happen.” It is created Don’t wait for a different economy, a new product, or a call from your sponsor. Drive your business. Take charge. Have a plan. Get into action. Today.

The Duplication formular

Let me share with you the formula for creating true duplication and wealth in our business. It may strike you as simplistic, but I promise you it is actually quite profound. This formula is where duplication lives. It is: Lead a large group of people—to consistently do a few simple actions—over a sustained period of time. You’ll notice there are three sections that make up the formula. First is the large group of people. You need enough critical mass to get traction and for duplication to take off. The second element is to have those people perform only a few actions and to keep those actions simple. One of the biggest mistakes newcomers make is to try and quantify everything, and in doing so they add too much complexity. For true duplication we need to focus on actions simple enough that everyone in the large group can replicate. And finally, you need this to happen over a sustained period of time. I believe building a solid network is a two- to four-year plan. Mark Yarnell says five, and he’s one of the brightest minds in the business. So it doesn’t happen in a month or two or even six. We need people to consistently take the actions for a sustained period of time. This is how wealth is created in MLM. It doesn’t happen overnight, but if you follow the formula – it does happen!

Think differently

Here’s a fact – both metaphysical and scientific: Healthy people think differently than sick people, happy people think differently than depressed people, and wealthy people think differently than broke people. Unfortunately, it seems natural when you’re sick to think about your runny nose, cough, aches, or pain. When you’re depressed, it’s easy to think about all the things that haven’t gone the way you want. And when you’re broke, the stress of looming bills can dominate your thoughts.

One man with courage maks a majority........Andrew Jackson

Ar you waiting for permission from someone else before you can pursue your goal and dream? Are you waiting for someone to tell you wht to do in your life? Are you waiting someone to tell you this is right business to do and this is not? Are you waiting for direction? Hoping you will get the ok to stop what you are doing and start what you real love, you dont need to wait, all u need is a vision to follow and the brave decision to get started. Too often we put our goal up for a vote, polling our friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to see what they think. A lack of enthusiasm on their part for your dream can kill your momentum before you even start. But you know what? Their enthusiasm and decision dont matter, only yours does. It take courage to follow a dream, and you have to give yourself permission first. You have more at stake in your own life than anyone else does. If anyone should decide its direction, it should be you. You are the driver you can stop the car or you can run 140 speed. Remember ITS YOU AND ONLY YOU

What it real take s to live rich

I found out this artical from Randy Gage i thought i must share it with my love one Here’s my take on what it really takes to live rich: Go After Amazing Society wants to beat the amazing out of you. You’re surrounded by people who will give you permission to stay the way you are. You’ll get lots of advice to play it safe, don’t take chances, and confirm to the way everyone else does things. Most of those people mean well, but their advice is not going to take you where you want to go. To live a rich life, you have to challenge yourself and go after BIG dreams. You have to take risks and be willing to fail, knowing that even in those failures, you will be learning lessons, developing character, and moving closer to your goals. The guy or gal who attempts to climb the mountain and fails to reach the summit, still lives a richer life than the person who stays home watching it on TV. Your gift – the ability to be amazing – is still inside you. You just have to decide you’re not willing to settle for mediocrity any more. Give Selfishly Ayn Rand is best known for her seminal works, Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead. But perhaps her most brilliant work was a collection of essays titled, The Virtue of Selfishness. Like Rand, I see the word as defining enlightened self-interest. As I shared with the audience when I received the philanthropy award, I give a great deal to many different causes, but do so for a very selfish reason: the joy it brings me. If you see your main purpose in life as serving others, you probably have a very low opinion of yourself, and have worthiness issues that haven’t been resolved. People who spend their existence worrying solely about the needs of others and not themselves are not noble, benevolent, and spiritual. They are just crazy. People who don’t look after their own needs first, really can’t help others in a healthy way. They can console them, participate in their drama, or enable their co-dependence, but they can’t offer them real, meaningful help. Want to save the world? Great, it needs all the help it can get. Start by making sure your own needs are met first. Get the money thing out of the way. Get yourself in a position of strength – and you’ll be amazed how much good you can do. Once you’re there, give generously. But don’t do it for guilt, or because someone or something “needs” it more than others. Do it because you can afford it, doing so makes you feel good, and the cause is deserving of your support. Exercise Every Day that Ends in ‘Y’ No one lives a prosperous life who doesn’t have good health. Everything starts from there. And every day goes better if you begin it with some strenuous cardiovascular exercise to get your blood moving and respiratory system bringing lots of fresh oxygen into your body. Not only does it help you physically, but you’ll be mentally sharper as well. When you work out every day, you travel easier, ward off sickness better, and have more sustained energy for the things that matter. And when you’re in shape, you can reward yourself with that occasional pizza, ice cream, or whatever not-so-healthy treat without bad consequences. Stand Up for What You Believe In Sometimes you will be ignored. Sometimes you will be ostracized. And sometimes you change the world. That’s not overly grandiose: Every one of us really does have the opportunity to change the world at various times. There is a tipping point in every movement: an instant when something resets, and the “establishment” is forced into becoming the underground, because it is no longer acceptable in civil society to move forward at the expense of others. Groups like the KKK and the Nazis still exist, but they have to operate from darkness, because good people spoke up. In Philadelphia I had a chance to stand up for something and I did. If I’m still kicking around twenty years from now, do you think I’ll remember the trophy they gave me, or that I did the right thing? Speak for those who aren’t able or strong enough to speak for themselves. There are kids committing suicide because they’re being bullied, people getting killed because they’re non-heterosexuals, young people being exploited in the sex trade, women in Taliban controlled territories who fear death because they want to learn to read, and many others without a voice who need yours. It may just someone who needs to hear again that you love them. Be that voice. Hang Out with Some People Younger than You. Every generation comes of age with the arrogance that they can do better, and they rebel against the past. They move things like fashion, music, language and culture forward. Then they get old and complain when the next generation does it to them. Find some people 15 or 20 years younger than you are, and soak up their energy. See the world through the fresh perspective they offer. It will keep you young. Hang Out with Some People Older than You. Not everyone older than you is irrelevant or waiting for death. There are some amazing people who have seen, done, and experienced things you can only imagine. They have learned lessons of patience, empathy and understanding. Find some people 15 or 20 years older than you are, and soak up their sagacity. See the world through the thoughtful perspective they offer. It will make you wiser. Spend Less than You Earn. Real prosperity isn’t about getting more money and things. Real prosperity is a mindset. That doesn’t mean you have to sell off everything and live as an ascetic. (Unless you want to.) That doesn’t mean you have to sell off everything and live as a playboy. (Unless you want to.) Prosperity is having the things you need, but knowing also that the desire for more is the universe’s way of forcing you to grow. It’s hard to feel prosperous when you’re worried about getting evicted or having the power turned off. That is a result that usually comes from making poor choices ahead of that. Making the choice to defer pleasures (or sometimes even needs) because you don’t have the money now is what develops your character for true, lasting success. It’s quite possible that credit cards are the worst invention of the last century. Many things you buy on credit bring you moderate joy immediately, but great discomfort in the long run. Build your credit worthiness so you have options when you need them. But only an idiot buys a plasma TV on payments. Stop Caring What Other People Think about You Here in Sydney where I’m writing this, they call it the “tall poppy syndrome.” Meaning the flowers that rise tallest are the first to get cut. I can’t think of a more depressing philosophy to live by. Be bold. Be different. Be amazing. And just know ahead of time that some people will think you’re crazy. Some will feel jealousy. Some may even attack you and try to sabotage your efforts. You can’t live your life for the haters. They don’t even really hate you. They hate themselves because they don’t have the guts to do what you’re doing, and they direct that frustration at you. Love them and let them grow. Just don’t spend too much time with them or you’ll start to think like they do. If you wanted to climb a mountain, you’d take advice from a mountain climber. If you want to learn to fly, you seek guidance from a pilot. So if you want to be rich, stop taking advice from broke people. And if you want to be happy, stop taking advice from people living lives of quiet (or loud) desperation. Look for the people who are living the kind of life you want to live and find ways to offer them value. Those are the only ones you should care what they think about you. Which leads us to the final thought… Find Time for the People You Love That important project at work, the “breaking news,” or slight from your brother-in-law won’t really seem that important when you’re looking back on your life. Live your life big, out loud, and in color. Go after it. Dare for greatness. Just know that the most important moments will be with the people who matter most to you. That doesn’t just mean liking their Facebook posts. Pick up the phone and call. Send a note or some flowers. Take time out for a visit. Find a moment to play catch with your child or have tea with an elderly relative. Because one day, one of you will be gone. And when you can look back on memories of joy with the people you love, you have truly lived rich.

Don't fear fear

Facing Down Fear

iStock_000017468014XSmall
Are you really afraid to do something?  Good.  That tells you a couple things…
First, that the thing you’re afraid of is worth doing.  And the greater your fear is of something, the more important it is for you to do it.
Because that fear is really your self-sabotage mechanism kicking in to thwart you.    That fear is the worthiness memes you’ve adopted, subconsciously telling you that you’re not good enough, or don’t deserve it enough.
What you think is fear of failure is much more likely to be subconscious fear of success.
Don’t fear fear.  Fear the absence of fear.

Your moment

I was browsing around and my eyes just stopped in this article and I thought by sharing with you guys might help others as it did to me......... Enjoy

Your Moment…

by Randy Gage

A moment will come in your life, if it hasn’t already.  And it will be immediately followed by an illumination, if you are open to it.  And then that illumination will reveal a secret, which can lead to a major breakthrough.
The magic moment will come when you decide to do something to improve your station in life.  It may be opening your own business, undertaking an epic adventure, or beginning a self-development program.
The magic in the moment will come when you make this conscious choice for improvement without guilt or reservation, without feeling you have to apologize for having the desire and the guts to do it.
The illumination is there if you conduct a critical analysis of the reaction of the people in your life to your moment…
  • Some will tell you that you can’t do it because they have wise experience, know you and your strengths well, and want to redirect you to a path that better serves you.
  • Some will tell you that you can’t do it because they are petty, bitter, or jealous, and your potential growth scares them.
  • Some will tell you that you can do it, but they’re not really qualified to make that statement.
  • Some will tell you that you can do it, and offer you support, guidance and encouragement.
  • Some will tell you that you can do it and they’ll support you, but the negative memes they are infected with will actually cause them to subconsciously work to sabotage you.
The secret is revealed when you use discernment to process the feedback that all these people give you.  Knowing that some are qualified to give you advice; most are not.  Some have your highest good at heart; some do not.
The breakthrough comes when you realize that the moment you made the decision, the real battle was won.  And while input that comes from other people can be helpful, the person who matters most is the one that looks back from the mirror.
You made that decision from an inner knowing.  Respect it.

I hope now you can feel that your life is on your own hands you can throw it of keep it

Be crazy........you must do something different from others to be successful

You can not succeed by doing what you always do and remain in the same level you have to change and be different
Just watch out this and think about it
Love you all...................

Just got this from friend of mine and I would love to share it with all of you...... Good friend always share good things.........

Hi! Guys,
I came across a good article about Network Marketing and i thought to be worth sharing it with you.

"It’s not uncommon to hear ‘from rags to riches‘ story of Network Marketers who have transformed their lives building a 6 or 7-Figure  (in USD) Network Marketing business at the comfort of their own homes. And yes… such success stories also do exist in a country with low economic status like Tanzania. And if you read ahead, you will understand how…Network Marketing came into being in Tanzania in the last 15 years. Although the few companies were mainly focused on selling wellness products, some few Network Marketers made some money distributing these products to the market place. Seeing the potential of building a successful business, different Network Marketing companies began setting foot in the country making Network Marketing a potential business venture for individuals eager and determined to become entrepreneurs.

With Network Marketing companies showing the huge income potential it had, several lower and middle class Tanzanians got involved in the profession like a storm – most of them with the ‘Get Rich Quick’ mentality; expecting to make a lot of money with very little or no work. Boy they never saw what was coming. 90% + of the so called Networkers failed miserably most of whom never saw a shilling.

“Network Marketing is as it always was, eating a lot of people and vomiting a lot”

Most of them ended up quitting and never wanting to hear the word Network Marketing ever again in their lives. The few who remained and stood firm took the profession into another level, firing their bosses, buying cool cars, building their DREAM homes, traveling the world and living their new fun lifestyle.

Although the failure rate of the industry is HUGE, you still have a high chance earning a 7-Figure income (in USD) building a Network Marketing business than you do in a corporate world especially in a poor country like Tanzania. I have written this article to help you follow 6 key steps to join the top 3% of successful Network Marketers.

6 Steps towards building a successful Network Marketing Business in Tanzania

Step 1: Make a serious decision to become an Entrepreneur:

Although the initial investment is very low compared to other business investments, Network Marketing is not a get rich quick scheme. It is a serious business venture and should be taken as one. Like any other business you need to dedicate  time, energy and money in building your business. Before getting involved make sure you commit yourself to building a serious 5,6 or 7-Figure business.

Step 2: Do some research on different Network Marketing business and choose the one that is congruent with you:

There are many Network Marketing companies out there and each company will tell you they are the best. It is not up to them  to decide which company is for you,  it’s YOU. You can read the article I wrote on 8 Things To Look At Before Joining Any Network Marketing Company to learn more. Then choose a company that is congruent with your personality and values.

Step 3: Choose a mentor in the company for guidance:

The fastest way to achieve something, is to look for someone who is living the lifestyle you want to live. Ask that person to teach you and guide you to do towards success. There are people already doing very well in the Network Marketing business. Instead of wasting your time with 90% of the people who fail, you need to pay attention to the top 3%. These people can help you reach towards your destination much faster than you can possibly imagine. You do not need to have any prior experience or knowledge. Your mentor will train you, guide you and show you exactly what you need to do to achieve the goal you want to achieve. All you got to do is shut up, listen and do what they tell you and success will happen FAST. This point is probably more important than step no. 2.

Step 4: Follow a successful marketing system that will ensure you achieve your goals fast:

Successful businesses are built upon successful systems. Systems accelerate business growth, creating lots of leverage for you and your team. Most people think Network Marketing is a business of chasing people around. That’s not what Network Marketing is. At least its not what it is now. Chasing people around is insanity. And if you’re planning to build your business using that formula, then you’ll have a hard time succeeding. Successful Networks are built upon systems that do the majority of the hard work for you. Being in a country like Tanzania, with a whole bunch of people who are so immune and terrified with Network Marketing, building your business intelligently is not an option. And to do that you need a company or team which has a proven system of success.

Step 5:Target your Network Marketing opportunity to opportunity seekers or the working middle class:

You see, there are some people who get it and some never do when you share your Network Marketing opportunity to them. To ensure you get good response, either position your Network

Marketing business to opportunity seekers or network with the middle working class. Most middle working class are educated, hardworking and exhausted with working from 9-5 everyday for a small paycheck. Such people have dreams, energy and drive to take your Network Marketing business to another level.

Step 6: Become the person you want to be:

This is probably the hardest thing to do. But if you take this step seriously, then success will be easier for you than you think.

It is said that if you want to have a Million Dollars, you need to first have a Millionaire Mind.

Walk, talk and dress for success. When you do that, you raise your self esteem and attract successful people and they would want to work with you. And yes, this works extremely well in Tanzania.

If you are in Tanzania [or East Africa], and want to generate SERIOUS MONEY then you have no excuse to become successful. You now have a chance to live your DREAMS. It’s time to stop blaming the economy and the government. It is about time you TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR LIFE.  Network Marketing could be that vehicle which can take you from where you are to where you want to go.
